-Identity theft from the 11000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham (residence/home).
-Burglary and theft of property from the 400 block of County Road 422, Sterrett. Stolen were a Black Volvo S60 valued at $4000 and a Black Volvo S60 valued at $6000.
-Duty upon striking a fixture upon highway from Hodgens Road and Tyler Drive (highway/street). Damaged were a mailbox and a street sign.
-Duty to give information and render aid from Highway 280 at Chelsea Crossroads, Chelsea (highway/street).
-Theft of property from the 1000 block of Crawford Court, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen were 60 Xanex.
-Unlawful breaking and entering from the 4700 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (service/gas station). Stolen was $20 US currency.

June 3

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Shelby Forest Road, Chelsea (residence/home). Confiscated were a Winchester 12 gauge shotgun, an Armi Tunfoglio Giuseppe .25 caliber pistol, a H&R Inc. Gardner .22 LR revolver, 2 Winchester 12 gauge shotgun shells and a .2 caliber pistol magazine containing 7 .25 caliber rounds.
-Structure fire from the 2300 block of Brock Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Burned was the residence.
-Burglary from the 100 block of Park Road, Sterrett (other/unknown). Damaged were the doors of a concession stand.

-Death investigation from the 1000 block of Kingston Road, Chelsea (residence/home). Destroyed were 20 Morphine Sulfate 27ml, 14 Loritab 10mg, 22.5 Phenergan 25mg, 12.5 Zofran 4mg, 105 Ativan 1mg, 22 Ativan concentrate liquid 2mg/cc and 2 tentanyl patches.
-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Country Hills Road, Montevallo (residence/home).

Stolen were a Macbook laptop valued at $2400, a Louis Vuitton backpack valued at $2500, a Louis Vuitton passport holder contining UP passport valued at $760 and a Louis Vuitton wallet containing credit and debit cards valued at $580.
