June 4

– Domestic dispute and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 200 block of Chadwick Lane, Helena (residence/home). Recovered was a bottle with marijuana residue.
June 5
– Failure to appear- traffic from Richard Arrington Boulevard (jail/prison).

– Theft of property from Old Cahaba Parkway, Helena (construction). Stolen were building materials valued at $1200.
– Unlawful possession of prescription medication and public intoxication from Helena (bar). Confiscated were 30 Alprazolam 1mg pills and suboxone film.
– Found property from the 100 block of Roy Court, Helena (residence/home). Recovered were a red Alabama wallet, a Home Depot Card, a Blue Cross Blue Shield card, an Alabama driver’s license, a Walmart Credit card and a green comb.

– Identity theft from the 1100 block of Amberly Woods Drive, Helena (service/gas station). Stolen was $81.88 in Wells Fargo charges.
– Identity theft from the 2000 block of Stonecreek Court, Helena (residence/home). Stolen was a Regions Bank debit card valued at $204.95.
– Violation of city ordinance (dog/leash required) from the 1400 block of Belmont Lane, Helena (residence/home).

– Hospice Death from the 100 block of St. Charles Drive, Helena (residence/home). Destroyed were a bottle containing Morphine Sulfate and a bottle containing Lorazepam.
– Theft of property from Ruffin Road, Helena (residence/home). Stolen was a gasoline generator with Briggs and Stratton motor and a broken pull cord valued at $300.
– Property damage from County Road 95 at County Road 58, Helena (highway/street). Damaged was the rear passenger side window of a 2004 Honda Odyssey in the amount of $50.

– Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from Pelham Parkway, Pelham (other/unknown). Stolen were a Wells Fargo credit card, a Gap credit card, a Best Buy credit card and a Vera Bradley multicolor wallet valued at $150.
– Reckless endangerment domestic violence and reckless endangerment from I-65 North, Pelham (highway/street).
– Theft of property I from McCain Parkway, Pelham (commercial). Stolen was a River Forest 12-foot enclosed trailer valued at $2500.

– Theft of property III from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (commercial). Stolen were four t-bone steaks valued at $47.92, two t-bone steaks valued at $25.62, two large ribeye steaks valued at $37.08 and two ribeye steaks valued at $25.62.
– Outside agency assist-law enforcement from Cahaba Valley Parkway, Pelham.
– Theft of property III from McCain Parkway, Pelham (commercial). Stolen were an Alabama license plate valued at $25 and an Alabama license plate valued at $9.25.

– Unlawful possession of marijuana I and unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 200 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham (highway/street). Confiscated were a plastic bag containing 1.93 grams of suspected cocaine, a clear plastic bag containing .53 grams of suspected crack cocaine, a clear plastic bag containing .76 grams of suspected Molly, a clear plastic bag containing 2.35 grams of Xanex bars, a brown cigar with suspected marijuana inside, several plastic bags contining 73.89 grams of suspected marijuaja, and a black Kel Tec 9mm with 8 unspent rounds.
– Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from I-65, Pelham (highway/street). Confiscated were two 5mg Diazepam tablets, a 10mg Methadone hydrochloride tablet, two pieces of suspected sublingual buprenorphine, a piece of suspected dextroamphetamine sulfate and two capsules containing an unknown orange powder.

– Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 2200 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (restaurant). Confiscated were six unopened packets of Suboxone film (8mg/2mg), two used hypodermic syringes, four metal spoons with suspected drug residue and burn marks, a piece of a copper cleaning pad and a metal push rod.
– Possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence from County Road 52, Pelham (highway/street). Confiscated was a manila envelope containing smaller manila envelope with a metal pipe with burnt marijuana residue at one end.

– Theft of property II from Helena Road, Pelham. Stolen were Toyota FJ wheels and tires valued at $2330.

– Theft of property from Pelham Parkway, Pelham (supermarket). Stolen were a package of Publix vanilla extract valued at $8.99, a package of McCormick vanilla extract valued at $11.89, a bottle of Kraft Miracle Whip mayonnaise valued at $3.19 and a 20oz bottle of Sprite valued at $1.59.
– Property Damage from the 200 block of Stoneykirk Way, Pelham (residence/home). Damaged was a concrete slab in the amount of $200.
– Possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana from Highway 52, Pelham (highway/street).

– Found property from Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham (parking lot/garage). Recovered was a Lorcin LM380.
– Found property from the 100 block of Cahaba Valley Parkway, Pelham (hotel/motel). Recovered was a Bryco Arms .25 caliber semi-automatic pistol.
– Possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana from Highway 52, Pelham (highway/street). Confiscated were 3.25 Cialis 20mg tablets, 9.5 Alprazolam 2mg white tablets, 5.5 Alprazolam 2mg green tablets, a pill bottle containing approximately 5 grams of suspected marijuana, a syringe containing an unknown liquid (believed to be herion), a glass pipe used to smoke marijuana and a plastic container that contained the listed pills.

– Theft of property III from Pelham Parkway, Pelham (commercial). Stolen was a 50 Shades of Gray DVD valued at $19.96.
– Miscellaneous information- lost property from Helena Road, Pelham (bar). Stolen were a ladies blue wallet with a silver auburn emblem valued at $25, $20 US currency, contents of purse including social security card, ID, and passport, Amfirst Credit Union debit card and Dollins Community Credit Union Visa debit card.
– Theft of property III from the 1900 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (supermarket). Stolen were assorted food items valued at $33.
– Identity theft from multiple locations in multiple states (commercial).

– Foreign felony arrest from I-65 South, Pelham (highway/street).
– Unlawful possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia from Glengerry Drive, Pelham (highway/street). Confiscated were a plastic bag containing 11.38 grams of suspected marijuana, a plastic container with 2.7 grams of suspected marijuana and brown cigar paper.
