The Shelby County Schools Community Education Program is hosting a variety of different enrichment camps at locations throughout Shelby County this summer.

Fees vary depending on the classes being offered. The classes are open to all students who are zoned for Shelby County Schools.

Some classes are limited to certain ages and grade spans.

Here is a list of the following schools, programs and times of the enrichment programs that will be offered:

• Calera Intermediate School will host Bricks4Kidz (Legos) July 6-10 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Karate will be July 13-17 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• Forest Oaks Elementary School will host cheer and dance June 1-5 and June 22-26 from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Art will be June 8-12 and June 22-26 from 10 a.m. to noon.
• Helena Elementary School will host art June 8-12 in four different sessions offered at 8:45 a.m. to 10 a.m.; 10:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.; 1:15 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. Chess will be June 8-12 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Space Camp will be June 8-12 from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. and Karate from June 22-26 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• Helena Intermediate will host Camp Build July 6-9 from 10 a.m. to noon.
• Mt Laurel Elementary will host art June 8-12 and June 15-19 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Summer Singers Show Choir will be June 22-26 and July 13-17 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• Montevallo Elementary will host Art Boot Camp June 15-19 from 10 a.m. to noon.
• Oak Mountain Intermediate will host art June 8-12 and June 15-19 from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Art for middle school students will be June 8-12 from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Cooking with Kids will be June 15-19 from 9 a.m. to noon. Music Camp will be June 15-19 from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Outdoor Artistic Adventures will be June 22-26 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Curtain Call will be June 22-26 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and International Explorers will be July 20-24 from 9 a.m. to noon.
