April 23
-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from 100 block of Kali Drive, Chelsea (residence/home). Confiscated were two white circular pills.
-Miscellaneous incident from U.S. 280 and County Road 39, Chelsea (highway/street).
April 24
-Theft of property from 10000 block of U.S. 280, Westover (commercial). Stolen were checks/money valued at $1,426.53.
-Burglary from 0 block of Ballpark Lane, Highway 41, Leeds (residence/home). Stolen were 20 Lidoderm patches valued at $200, 92 Oxycodone .30 mg valued at $200 and 86 .4 mg Xanaflex valued at $200.
-Theft of property from 200 block of Hawthorn Street, Birmingham (other/unknown). Stolen was a 5-foot-by-10-foot utility trailer (black) valued at $1,500.
-Domestic violence (harassing communications) from 100 block of Spain Drive, Alabaster (residence/home).
-Sexual abuse of a child less than 12 years old from 6000 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (church).
-Sexual abuse from 500 block of Amanda Lane, Shelby (field/woods, parking lot/garage).
April 25
-Driving under the influence from Highway 145 and Highway 61 (highway/street).
-Theft of property from 100 block of Sams Place, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen were six 6-foot chain-link fence panels valued at $600 and one deep cycle boat battery valued at $100.
-Harassing communications from 100 block of Deer Run Road, Alabaster (residence/home).
-Miscellaneous incident from First Avenue, Shelby (residence/home).
-Miscellaneous incident from 800 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham (residence/home).
-Harassing communications from 2700 block of Highway 49, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Identity theft from an unknown location in Shelby County (other/unknown).
-Domestic violence–harassing communications from 100 block of Willow Lane, Shelby (residence/home).
-Identity theft from Chelsea Station Drive, Chelsea (other/unknown).
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from unknown location. Stolen were Oakley Flak Jacket sunglasses with white frames valued at $150, Costa Del Mar sunglasses with tortoise frame and blue lenses valued at $250, Smith sunglasses with tortoise frame and brown lenses valued at $125, Maui Jim sunglasses with metal frame valued at $250, Mag Lite (small, red) valued at $30 and Leatherman Multi Tool (green) valued at $30.
April 26
-Public intoxication from Highway 145 near Bills Hill Drive, Shelby (highway/street).
-Theft of property–shoplifting from 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (other/unknown). Stolen were various paper products including toilet paper and paper towels valued at $35.89 and three car batteries valued at $258.32.
-Fire investigation from 4000 block of Highway 55, Wilsonville (residence/home). Damaged was a single family dwelling in the amount of $1,500.
-Domestic investigation from 2900 block of Highway 71, Shelby (residence/home).
-Domestic investigation from 400 block of Foothills Parkway, Chelsea (residence/home).
-Receiving stolen property from 200 block of McGowin Road, Wilsonville (residence/home). Recovered was a Taurus, Model PT738 Cal .380 valued at $300.
-Theft of property–shoplifting from 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (other/unknown). Stolen were a lawnmower valued at $398, a weedeater valued at $82.63 and a blower valued at $77.88.
-Theft of property–shoplifting from 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (other/unknown). Stolen was a 46-inch Samsung Smart TV valued at $548.
-Unlawful possession of controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia from U.S. 280/Chelsea Road, Chelsea (highway/street). Confiscated were a Tramadol pill (.3 g), five 800 mg Ibuprofen pills (.9 g each, 4.5 g total), a small plastic baggie containing a grayish/white powder (.3 g) believed to be cocaine or heroin, 32 Loperamide pills (.01 g each, 4.3 g total), a broken glass pipe with brillo pad stuffed inside and a brillo pad.
-Domestic violence harassment from 4300 block of Heatherbrooke Drive, Birmingham (lake/waterway).
-Domestic violence (harassing communications) from Branch Drive, Chelsea (highway/street).
-Domestic violence (menacing) from 7000 block of County Road 10, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Harassment from 100 block Spain Drive, Alabaster (residence/home).
April 27
-Found property from Meadow Lark Road, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Recovered was one daisy pellet gun and 85 BBs.
-Harassment from 2900 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (residence/home).
-Harassing communications from Cahaba Forest Cove, Birmingham (residence/home, other/unknown).
-Criminal mischief from 1000 building Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (residence/home).
-Harassing communications from 20000 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).
-Property damage from 100 block of Wages Drive, Wilsonville (residence/home). Damaged was a black trampoline mat in the amount of $300.
-Miscellaneous report (suicide attempt) from Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).
-Harassment from 5600 block of Cahaba Valley Road at Oak Mountain Middle School (school/college).
-Domestic investigation from 1600 building Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (residence/home).
-Death investigation (hospice) from 5100 block of Hollow Log Lane, Birmingham (residence/home). Destroyed were Roxanol (20 mg), Haldol (2 mg), Temazepam (15 mg), Lorazepam (0.5 mg), Lorazepam (2 mg) and Tramadol (50 mg).
-Identity theft from 2000 block Eagle Park Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).
-Domestic violence third–harassing communications from 2000 block of Massey Road (residence/home).

April 28
-Death investigation from 2000 block of Highway 93, Helena (residence/home).
-Interference with a domestic violence 911 call from 200 block of Davis Drive, Columbiana (residence/home).
-Harassment from Highway 43 and Highway 50, Vandiver (highway/street).
-Miscellaneous information from 1800 block of County Road 39, Chelsea (highway/street).
-Death investigation (hospice) from 1400 block of Portobello Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Destroyed were 30 Lorazepam (.5 mg), seven Lorazepam (1 mg), 17 Seroquel (100 mg), 30 Seroquel (50 mg), 120 Seroquel (25 mg) and 44 Tramadol (50 mg).
-Property damage from 4800 block of Riverwood Place (residence/home). Damaged was back glass of a 2012 Mini Cooper.
-Identity theft from North River Drive, Shelby (residence/home).
-Identity theft from 1000 block of Hermitage Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).
-Identity theft from 1000 block of Hermitage Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).
-Burglary and theft of property from 10000 block of Chelsea Road, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen were three iPod Touch 32 GB valued at $1,050, three Lenovo Yoga 2 tablet with keyboard valued at $1,140, a Samsung laptop I-74 Processor valued at $1,500, an LG high-definition flat screen 47-inch TV valued at $1,800, an LG Blu-Ray player valued at $500, a 14K gold ring with seven diamonds valued at $800 and a 14K gold cross necklace with diamond in the middle and on the corners valued at $1,000.
-Theft of property from 1200 block of Highland Lakes Trail, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were four gift/debit cards valued at $1,000.
-Theft of property–shoplifting from 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (other/unknown). Stolen were a lawnmower valued at $398, a weedeater valued at $82.63 and a blower valued at $77.88.
-Fire investigation from 3300 block of Tartan Lane, Birmingham (residence/home). Damaged was a mattress and box spring.
