Dec. 18
-Theft of property third degree from the 200 block of South Colonial Drive (restaurant). Stolen was $185 in money.
-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Eighth Court Southeast (residence, home).
-Information only report from the 100 block of Greenfield Circle (residence, home).
-Theft of property first degree and burglary third degree from the 1300 block of Royalty Drive. Stolen were laptop computers valued at $2,000 and Apple iPads valued at $2,000.
-Theft of property first degree from the 1300 block of Royalty Drive. Stolen was an Apple iPad valued at $500.
-Possession of a forged instrument second degree from Wells Fargo (bank). Confiscated were negotiable instruments.
-Possession of a controlled substance from the 238 mile marker of Interstate 65 (highway, street). Confiscated were drugs.
-Theft of property third degree from Walmart (department store). Stolen was a headlight bulb valued at $44.96.

-Theft of property third degree from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway.
-Possession of a forged instrument second degree from Regions Bank on Highway 119.
-Theft of property third degree from the 100 block of Tall Timber Road.

Dec. 15
-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from the 2900 block of Pelham Parkway (bank). Forged was a check.
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Bishop Circle (hotel, motel). Stolen were a camera valued at $800, a drill set valued at $250, a pocket knife valued at $30 and a check valued at $1.
Dec. 18
-Theft by fraudulent leasing from Pelham Parkway (specialty store). Stolen were a TV valued at $1,600, an Xbox 360 valued at 4350 and a console valued at $230.
-Theft from Walmart (supermarket). Stolen was a coffee maker valued at $199.
-Missing person from the 100 block of LB Road (residence, home).
-Death investigation from the 2200 block of Highway 35 (residence, home).
-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Little Mountain Circle (residence, home). Stolen was a diamond ring valued at $800.
-Theft of property from Kangaroo (commercial). Stolen was $994 in U.S. currency.
-Unexplained lost property from the 100 block of Windsor Ridge Drive (residence, home). Reported was a pistol valued at $200.
Dec. 19
-Found property from Wisteria Drive and Magnolia Ridge Circle (other ,unknown). Recovered were a laptop valued at $250, a laptop valued at $500, a camera valued at $300, GPS units valued at $250, a GPS valued at $100 and a pair of sunglasses valued at $10.
-Driving under the influence of alcohol from Pelham Parkway at Cahaba Valley Road (highway, street). Recovered was a pistol valued at $400.
-Unexplained lost property from Oak Mountain Marketplace (parking lot, garage). Lost was a Samsung Galaxy valued at $250.
-Theft of property from the 1900 block of Pelham Parkway (specialty store). Stolen and recovered were Heinz 57 valued at $5, sauce valued at $2 and dish detergent valued at $1.
Dec. 20
-Theft of property from Walmart (supermarket). Stolen was a bike valued at $129.
-Property damage form the Pelham Publix (supermarket). Damaged was a vehicle in the amount of $300.
-Robbery from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were heaters valued at $80 and a heater valued at $140.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 2200 block of Pelham Parkway (service, gas station). Stolen was $7,000 in U.S. currency, a passport, a Social Security card and damaged was a window in the amount of $200.
Dec. 21
-Property damage from the 700 block of Thames Court (highway, street). Damaged was a fire hydrant.
-Death investigation from the 100 block of Shrine Drive (residence, home).
-Assault and unauthorized use of a vehicle from the Southgate Estates mobile home park (residence, home).
Dec. 22
-Domestic violence – harassment from the 200 block of Stoneykirk Way (residence, home).
-Leaving the scene of an accident from Interstate 65 (highway, street). Damaged was a Chevrolet Colorado in the amount of $500.
-Domestic violence third degree and interference with a domestic violence emergency call (residence, home).
-Property damage from the 100 block of Windsor Circle (residence, home). Samaged was sod in the amount of $300.
Dec. 23
-Burglary third degree from Cahaba Valley Road (convenience store). Damaged were a concrete wall in the amount of $1,000, a security system box in the amount of $200 and an ATM safe door in the amount of $200.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 60 block of Driver’s Way (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a speaker box valued at $500 and an amplifier valued at $200.
-Theft of property by deception from the 3500 block of Pelham Parkway (restaurant). Stolen was $55 in U.S. currency.
-Criminal mischief from the 500 block of Huntley Apartment Drive (residence, home). Damaged were tires in the amount of $250.
Dec. 24
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 300 block of Cahaba Valley Way (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a bag valued at $50, a basket valued at $50 and damaged was a window in the amount of $200.
Dec. 25
-Property damage from the 500 block of Walker Way (residence, home). Damaged was a Chevrolet Silverado in the amount of $2,000.
