Randi Turner never dreamed she would have ever twins. But her husband Ricky did — literally.
“We were on our honeymoon, and he woke me up and said, ‘We’re going to have twins,’” Turner said.
Then, about five years ago, she and her husband went on a European cruise, during which she found out she was pregnant.
“Everyone kept saying they were going to be twins, and my great-aunt had twins, so we were in some odd way prepared for it,” she said.
