Montevallo–October is a happening month for the city of Montevallo, and here are a few events taking place in the next couple weeks.

Montevallo’s Annual Halloween–themed “Art Stalk” will take place on Oct. 25 from 3-7 p.m. downtown. You can enter in the Artwalk Posse’s annual costume contest for a chance to win prizes.

On Oct. 26, Critters by the Creek in Orr Park will take place from 2-4 p.m. Pets and people are encouraged to show up dressed in Halloween costumes.

To round out the month, the city of Montevallo will host the annual “Hometown Halloween” event from 3-5 p.m. on Main Street. Business owners are invited to give out special treats for the hometown trick-or-treaters.
