–Property damage from 29000 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville (residence/home).
–Miscellaneous incident/runaway from 200 block King’s Home Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).
–Miscellaneous incident from 100 block Nichols Road, Chelsea (residence/home).
–Miscellaneous information from 2300 block of Highway 39, Chelsea (school/college).
–Miscellaneous incident from 3300 block of Highway 93, Helena (residence/home).
–Burglary from 3000 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (residence/home). The items stolen were four VWII 26 inch rims valued at $2,300, a Vizio tv valued at $300, a Vizio tv valued at $150 and an RCA tv valued at $350.
–Domestic violence/harassing communications from 3000 block of highway 93, Helena (residence/home).
–Burglary from County Road 43/County Road 50, Vandiver (construction). A heavy-duty extension cord valued at $770 and copper welding leads valued at $1000 were stolen.
–Burglary from 53000 block of Highway 25, Vandiver (residence/home). A Husqvarna chainsaw valued at $350 was stolen.
–Domestic violence III from 53000 block of Highway 25, Vandiver (residence/home).
–Identity theft from 3500 block of Cape Cod Drive, Columbus, GA (other/unknown).
–Theft of property from Magnolia Way, Montevallo (residence/home). A Kubota disc plow valued at $1,000, 50 metal fence posts valued at $250, 50 miscellaneous bricks valued at $100, 25 miscellaneous block valued at $37.50 and six garden hoses valued at $120 were stolen.
–Domestic violence from 100 block of Quail Run Circle, Wilsonville (residence/home).
–Resisting arrest from 700 block of Highway 71, Shelby (highway/street).
–Assault from 12000 block of Highway 43, Vandiver (residence/home).
Sept. 23
–Harassment from Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham (other/unknown).
–Harassing communications from 6000 block of Highway 16, Montevallo (residence/home).
–Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle from 16000 block of Highway 42, Shelby (parking lot/garage).
–Miscellaneous incident from U.S. 280 East at Chelsea Park Drive, Chelsea (highway/street).
–Disorderly conduct from 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (service/gas station).
–Criminal mischief from 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (restaurant).
–Theft of property from 5000 block of Old Dunna Vant Valley Road, Birmingham (residence/home). A pair of spy sunglasses were stolen valued at $200.

–Willful abuse of a child under the age of 18 from 12000 block of Highway 43, Vandiver (residence/home).
–Death investigation from 1400 block of Highland Lakes Trail, Birmingham (residence/home).
–Domestic violence/harassment from Barbara Jones Drive, Maylene (residence/home).
–Theft of property from 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (drug store). $24.04 worth of merchandise was stolen.
–Theft of property from 1500 block of Southern Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). An Eco Drive watch was stolen valued at $160.20.
–Elder abuse and neglect/extortion from 2700 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham (highway/street).
Sept. 24
–Human trafficking from 500 block of Jerry Coleman Street, Fairfield (residence/home).
–Theft of property from 16077 Highway 280, Chelsea (supermarket). Five Duracell batteries valued at $31.85 and aftershave valued at $8.97 was stolen from Wal-Mart.
–Theft of property from 16077 Highway 280, Chelsea (supermarket). $372.70 worth of cash was stolen from Wal-Mart.
–Criminal mischief from 100 block of Hackberry Circle, Chelsea (residence/home).
–Miscellaneous incident from 500 block of Sunset Lake Lane, Chelsea (residence/home).
–Harassing communications from 200 block of Woodbury Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).
–Miscellaneous incident from Highway 11 at Chelsea High School (highway/street).
–Harassing communications from 5500 block of Double Oak Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).

–Identity theft from 4500 block of Magnolia Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).
–Theft of property from Oak Hill Drive, Chelsea (other/unknown). A utility trailer valued at $1,000 was stolen.
–Burglary from 300 block of Phillips Road, Montevallo (residence/home). A Sanyo Tv and Zonaflex tabs were stolen with an unknown value. A doorframe was damaged as well.
–Domestic violence/stalking from Birch Creek Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).
–Theft of property from 1200 block of Highway 72, Wilsonville (residence/home). A plasma television and various tools were stolen valued at $2,500.
–Unlawful possession of controlled substance from U.S. 280/Scotch Drive, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). A pill bottle containing one hydrocodone and one xanax pill was confiscated.
–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle/theft of property from 200 block of Narrows Reach, Birmingham (residence/home). A wallet containing identifications was stolen.
–Domestic investigation from 12000 block of Highway 43, Vandiver (residence/home).
–Missing person from Kings Home Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).
–Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from 100 block of Narrows Peak Circle, Birmingham (residence/home). A Bersa Thunder 380 Cal. Was stolen valued at $350.
Sept. 25
–Burglary and theft of property from 3300 block of McGregor Moor, Birmingham (residence/home). Multiple class rings were stolen valued at an unknown amount.
–Miscellaneous incident from Hawthorn Street, Birmingham (residence/home).
–Miscellaneous report from 25000 block of Highway 25, Columbiana (highway/street).
–Miscellaneous information from 200 block of Diamond Lane, Montevallo (residence/home).
–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 200 block of Twin Oaks Way, Chelsea (residence/home).
–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 1200 block of Highway 7, Wilsonville (residence/home). A CD player and various auto parts were stolen valued at $1,210.
–Domestic violence III from Thompson Street, Columbiana (residence/home).
–Chemical endangerment from 12000 block of Highway 43, Vandiver (residence/home).
–Assault from 100 block of Alexander Road, Leeds (highway/street).
–Rape from 3000 block of Highway 22, Montevallo (residence/home).
–Domestic violence from 7000 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea (residence/home).
–Death investigation from Soloman Drive, Wilsonville (residence/home).
–Death investigation from 200 block of Highway 270, Maylene (residence/home). Six morphine tablets and 13 Lorazepam tablets were damaged.

–Domestic incident from 5900 block of Forest Lakes Cove, Sterrett (residence/home).
–Domestic violence from 10000 block of Highway 55, Westover (residence/home).
–Theft of property and criminal mischief from 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (service/gas station). A fragrance/vaccum machine and shampoo and vacuum machine were damaged and quarters were stolen.
Sept. 26
–Harassment from sandwich shop at Highway 42 and County Road 47, Shelby (residence/home).
–Criminal trespass from 500 block of Sunset Lakes Lane, Chelsea (residence/home).
–Harassing communications from 100 block of Cherokee Drive (residence/home).
–Theft of property from 56000 block of Highway 25, Leeds (residence/home). A power cord valued at $150 was stolen.
–Criminal mischief from 1100 block of Dunnavant Valley Road, Birmingham (residence/home). A mailbox and post valued at $150 was damaged.
–Miscellaneous incident from 100 block of Shadywood Circle, Sterrett (residence/home).
–Domestic incident from 5000 block of Sunrise Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).
–Property damage from 4400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (highway/street). A Cadillac Escalade was damaged.
–Unauthorized use of vehicle from 2000 block of Westminster Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).
–Domestic investigation from 2000 block of Westminster Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).
–Domestic investigation from 600 block of Barristers Court, Birmingham (residence/home).
–Minor in possession of alcohol from 100 block of Chelsea Corners, Chelsea (parking lot/garage).
–Chemical endangerment of child from Highway 25, Calera (convenience store).
–Domestic dispute/harassment from 24000 block of Highway 25, Columbiana (residence/home).
–Theft of property from Brandy Circle, Chelsea (residence/home). Various pills were stolen.
–Domestic violence/criminal mischief from 2000 block of Westminster Circle, Birmingham (residence/home). And iphone 4s was damaged.
–Domestic violence from 100 block of Nelson Circle, Montevallo (residence/home).
–Robbery from 100 block of Nelson Circle, Montevallo (residence/home). A bank card, bank statement and $40 cash was stolen.
–Theft of property from 5800 block of Thomas Mill Road, Brierfield (residence/home). A german shepard dog was stolen valued at $1,000. The dog had been chipped.

–Reckless endangerment from 100 block of Pine Oaks, Montevallo (residence/home).
–Harassment from 100 block of Mcdonald Road, Wilsonville (residence/home).
–Criminal mischief from 100 block of Mcdonald Road, Wilsonville (residence/home).
–Theft of property from 500 block of County Road 406, Shelby (residence/home). A driver’s license was stolen.
–Theft of services from 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Cab fare valued at $106 was stolen.
–Driving under the influence of alcohol at 16000 block of U.S. 280 West, Chelsea (highway/street).
–Fraudulent use of debit/credit card from 200 block of Highland Park Drive, Birmingham (residence/home) (drug store). $1064.51 was forged.
–Theft of property from 800 block of Highway 337, Chelsea (residence/home). An AK47 style rifle and one 30 round magazine was stolen with a combined value of $1,100.
–Domestic violence III/menacing from 4000 block of Highway 26, Columbiana (residence/home). A black and red knife was confiscated.
–Death investigation from 12000 block of Highway 43, Vandiver (residence/home).
–Possession of drug paraphernalia from 5100 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (highway/street). A marijuana pipe was confiscated.
–Possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana from 500 block of Cahaba Park Circle, Birmingham (highway/street). .2 grams of marijuana and a marijuana pipe was confiscated.
–Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 10/Highway 204, Montevallo. A metal pipe used for crack cocaine was confiscated.
Sept. 28
–Domestic investigation from 200 block of Woodbridge Trail, Chelsea (residence/home).
–Unauthorized use of motor vehicle and possible fraudulent use of credit card from 100 block of Strother Street, Wilton (residence/home).
–Public intoxication from 4100 block of Highway 22, Montevallo (govt/public building).
–Theft of property from 7100 block of County Road 47, Shelby (convenience store). A baseball hat and boys underwear valued at $16.75 was stolen.
–Criminal mischief from King’s Home Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).
–Domestic investigation from 200 block of Brookhighland Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).
–Criminal mischief from 1000 block of Weatherby Cove, Birmingham (residence/home).
–Miscellaneous incident/property damage from 2300 block of Indian Crest Drive, Indian Springs (highway/street). A Volkswagon Beetle was damaged at an unknown amount.
–Leaving the scene of an accident from U.S. 280/Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham (highway/street).
–Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 25/Highway 73, Montevallo (highway/street). Six grams of marijuana was confiscated.
