-Negotiating a worthless instrument from the 2000 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a check valued at $2,100.

-Fire investigation from the 300 block of Dusty Hollow Road, Columbiana (residence/home).
-Promoting prison contraband and unlawful possession of a controlled substance from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana (jail/prison).
-Burglary III and theft of property II from Long Walk Drive, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen was $600 in U.S. currency.
-Domestic violence III (harassment) from the 100 block of Meadowgreen Lane, Montevallo (residence/home).
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 1000 block of Highway 251 (The Slab), Montevallo (field/woods). Stolen were a leather purse with coins on the side valued at $85, an Alabama driver’s license valued at $25, a debit card valued at $5, $100 in U.S. currency and a student ID valued at $10.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 1000 block of Highway 251 (The Slab), Montevallo (field/woods). Stolen was a white/gold iPhone 5S with a pink and turquoise spec case valued at $600.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 1000 block of Highway 251 (The Slab), Montevallo (field/woods). Damages in the amount of $300 were done to a 2005 Nissan Xterra rear passenger window.
-Theft of property II from the 400 block of Hillandell Drive, Hoover (residence/home). Stolen were a Stihl gas powered weed eater valued at $200, a Honda pressure washer valued at $500 and a high pressure hose valued at $100.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 4900 block of Caldwell Mill Lane, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were prescription bifocal sunglasses with silver frames valued at $300, an Exxon prepaid gas card valued at $50, a five inch folding knife with wood grain handle valued at $25, pruning pliers valued at $5 and a knife set containing assorted knives and flashlight valued at $15.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from U.S. 280 and Doug Baker Boulevard, Birmingham (highway/street).
-Criminal mischief III from the 0 block of Ruby Drive, Columbiana (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $100 were done to a Cornell 1000 P235/75R15 tire.
-Menacing from the 1700 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana (residence/home).

Stolen were a Halo fishing rod with Browning reel valued at $270, a Halo fishing rod with SX Ambassador reel valued at $300, a Carrot Stick fishing rod with Lew’s reel valued at $220, a Field and Stream fishing rod with a Lew’s reel valued at $240, a Lew’s fishing rod with Lew’s reel valued at $100, an All Star fishing rod with Ambassador Revo reel valued at $180 and two bait casting reel and rods valued at $100.
-Burglary III from the 5000 block of Hollow Log Lane, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a Stihl gas powered weed eater valued at $250, a Troy pressure washer valued at $500, a Stihl gas powered leaf blower valued at $200, two Blitz six gallon gas containers valued at $80 and a Blitz two gallon gas container valued at $35.
-Domestic violence III/harassing communications from the 200 block of Davis Hawkins Street, Montevallo (residence/home).
-Burglary III from the 5000 block of Prairie Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a Mantis tiller valued at $300, a Porter cable circular saw valued at $55, a Kobalt 1.5 horsepower three gallon air compressor valued at $130 and an 18 volt one and lithium ion super combo kit valued at $180.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 300 block of Goldilocks Lane, Maylene (parking lot/garage). Stolen was a Sony CDX 110 car radio and CD player valued at $150.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 300 block of Goldilocks Lane, Maylene (parking lot/garage). Stolen was an Alpine car radio and CD player valued at $150.
-Theft of property II and receiving stolen property II from the 7000 block of Campion Boulevard, Birmingham (other/unknown). Stolen was an iPhone 5S valued at $600.
-Criminal mischief II from the 100 block of Beach Circle, Birmingham (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $800 were done to two front right and rear right tires.
