-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property III from the 900 block of 5th Court Northwest (residence/home). Stolen was $45 in U.S. currency.

July 17

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property II from the 200 block of Kensington Lane (residence/home). Stolen was $800 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property III from the 1100 block of Eagle Drive (residence/home). Stolen was a black Kong dog crate valued at $150.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property III from the 100 block of Pebble Drive (residence/home). Stolen was Cannon photographic/optical equipment valued at $200.

-Property damage from the 70 block of Jimmy Gould Drive, Alabaster (specialty store). Damages in the amount of $600 were done to a Chevy Suburban.

-Fraudulent use of credit/debit card from the 7000 block of Highway 17, Alabaster (residence/home).
-Driving under the influence of a controlled substance from Chevron 26-31, 844 Highway 31 S, Suite A, Alabaster (conv store). Recovered were two plastic bottles containing unknown liquid valued at $1 and a driving under the influence specimens kit valued at $1.
-Fraudulent use of credit/debit card and theft of lost property III from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway, Alabaster (dept store). Stolen were clothes/furs valued at $50, a Wells Fargo credit card, Wood Forest Bank credit card, Bank of America credit card, Citi Bank credit card, Belk card and Macy’s credit card.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property II from the 100 block of Broadmoor Lane, Alabaster (residence/home). Stolen were an HP laptop valued at $500 and $2 in U.S. currency.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana II from 1st Street N., Alabaster (parking lot/garage). Recovered were five small plastic bags containing a white power-like substance valued at $1, a large plastic bag containing a greenish brown plantlike material (19.34 grams) valued at $1 and two small plastic baggies containing a greenish brown plantlike substance valued at $1.

July 19
-Change bills (circulating) from the 1300 block of Ballantrae Club Drive (other/unknown). Recovered was a counterfeit U.S. $10 bill.
-Driving under the influence of alcohol from Pelham Parkway at Express Oil Change, Pelham (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $500 were done to a rear gate/lift of a 1996 Dodge Ram 3500, $500 to a front bumper/grill of a 1996 Dodge Ram 3500 pickup, $500 to a bay door for Express Oil Change and $250 to a guide wire to an Alabama Power telephone pole.
-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from the 1900 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (highway/street). Recovered was a small plastic bag containing approximately .2 grams of a light brown powder believed to be heroin valued at $30.
-Leaving the scene of an accident from Helena Road at Old Montgomery Highway, Pelham (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $500 were done to a rear bumper on a 2011 Honda CRV.
-Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument from the 3100 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (commercial).

Stolen were a white gold necklace with cross and three heart diamonds valued at $300, a pair of snowflake diamond earrings valued at $600, two pairs of pearl earrings and gold necklace with an “A” (Alabama) medallion valued at $350, a white gold necklace with infinity medallion and diamond valued at $500, a platinum ring with sapphire in middle and diamond on side valued at $1,200, a pair of white gold earrings with three topaz stones valued at $300 and a pair of hoop diamond earrings valued at $250.

-Burglary III from the 400 block of Cambrian Ridge Trail, Pelham (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $500 were done to a rear glass door. Stolen were a Sony 36 inch flatscreen television valued at $700, a Sony DVD player valued at $80, a Charter television HD receiver valued at $200 and an X-Box One with box valued at $700.

July 24
-Domestic violence III from Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham (parking lot/garage). Recovered was an RG Ind. Model RG 14 .22 LR revolver valued at $50.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 32 Philip Davis Street, Pelham (govt/public building). Recovered were a plastic bag containing approximately 1 gram of suspected marijuana valued at $5, 20 Naproxen 250 milligram tablets valued at $25, two methocarbamol tablets valued at $10, green pipe with burnt residue valued at $10 and a black plastic box containing rolling papers and a “one hitter” pipe valued at $15.
