Music on Main returns April 4

Music on Main returns to Columbiana’s Main Street on Friday, April 4, from 6:30-9:30 p.m. Main Street in Columbiana will close at 5:30 p.m. as a new stage is set with lights and sound to bring you the best in regional music in Alabama. Music on Main is sponsored by the Columbiana Merchants and Professional Association.
New CMPA board member and Shelby County Arts Council Executive Director Bruce Andrews has lined up great bands to rock each Friday night away. A special classic gospel night will be on Good Friday, April 18. The season will end July 11 with local favorite The Randy Glenn Band as the closing show.
Bernie’s, Davis Drug snack shop, Main Street shops, more food vendors, dance lessons, and children’s activities will be available for your enjoyment. Bring your own lawn chair and dancing shoes.
Come spend your Friday night at Music on Main 2014 in a family friendly, safe environment! As Mayor Stancil Handley said, “There’s always something happening in Columbiana!”
