-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 48000 block of Highway 25, Sterrett (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $600 were done to a radiator cap, $20 to a radiator hose, $10 to a battery terminal and damages to a passenger side front window.

-Domestic violence III, assault, from the 200 block of White Road, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from the 100 block of Highway 453, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Burglary III from the 200 block of Highland Ridge Drive, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen was a GE self-cleaning gas range valued at $800.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property II from the 100 block of Salisbury Lane, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a credit card, five business checks, two personal checks and a personal check cashed in the amount of $830.

-Burglary II and theft of property III from the 2000 block of Cord 9, Wilsonville (church). Stolen were six two-liter soft drinks valued at $11, a window valued at $175 and a counter top valued at $175.

-Theft of property II from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (dept store). Stolen were a four wrench set valued at $159.88, a wrench set valued at $59.97, a hammer drill valued at $7,997, a reciprocal saw valued at $89.97, a circular saw valued at $89.97 and a drill valued at $189.

-Domestic violence, reckless endangerment, from Highway 155 at CR-18, Montevallo (highway/street).

-Torture or willful abuse of a child under 18 from the 2900 block of Kirkcaldy Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).

Stolen were a Microsoft Xbox 360 valued at $400, two men’s wallets valued at $30, a Visa card, a debit card, Vyvance 70 milligram capsules, cymbalta 60 milligram capsules and 40 alprazolam 2 milligram tablets.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana II from Highway 119 at Shelby Farms Drive, Alabaster (highway/street).

Damages were done to a barn, and in the amount of $16,000 to a Kubota tractor, in the amount of $6,650 to a Kubota zero-turn mower, in the amount of $1,000 to a Cub Cadet tractor and $1,500 to an 18 foot open utility trailer.

Stolen were a checkbook, an AT&T iPhone 4S valued at $250, two credit cards, an Alabama drivers license valued at $25, a BC/BS insurance card valued at $25 and a passenger window and passenger door valued at $500.

Stolen were a Kenwood Stereo CD valued at $128, two dual competition 12 inch speakers valued at $300, two Pioneer 6×9 box speakers valued at $150 and a Rockford Frostgate 600 watt amp valued at $120.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property II from first block of Wildflower Drive, Maylene (residence/home). Stolen was a .38 caliber Charter Arms Revolver loaded with six .38 rounds valued at $300.
