Leaving the scene of an accident from the 3100 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (highway/street).

Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (parking lot/garage). Damages in the amount of $200 were done to a passenger side front window.

Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence of alcohol from I-65 North Mile 247, Pelham (highway/street). -Recovered was a burnt clear glass pipe valued at $1.

–Theft of property II from Philip Davis Street, Pelham (govt/public building). Stolen was a Galaxy Note III valued at $500.

–Theft of property I from 2400 block of CR-35, Pelham (residence/home). Stolen was a 1999 Chevrolet C1500 pickup truck valued at $7,500.

–Theft of property II from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (dept store). Stolen and recovered were grocery items valued at $270.

-Miscellaneous information from the 200 block of Oak Forest Drive (other/unknown). Visa card transaction in the amount of $805.

-Theft of lost property III from 3058 Pelham Parkway, Pelham (commercial). Stolen was $280 in U.S. currency.

-Burglary II from the 4700 block of Chippewa Lane, Pelham (residence/home). Stolen was an Apple MacBook Air valued

at $1,500. Damages in the amount of

$150 were done to a door frame and in the amount of $75 to a door lock.

Violation of a municipal ordinance, public consumption, and disorderly conduct

from the 400 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham (parking lot/garage).

Jan. 9

-Theft of property II from Whitling Drive, Pelham (commercial). Stolen was a 16 foot dual axle utility trailer valued at $1,200.

-Driving under the influence from CR-52 East at I-65 Overpass (highway/street). -Recovered were a Smith & Wesson Bodyguard .380 serial valued at $300, a Smith & Wesson 9 Shield 9 millimeter serial with 6 rounds valued at $400 and a Ruger LCP 380 serial valued at $300.

-Obstructing justice using false information from Philip Davis Street, Pelham (jail/ prison).
