-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 600 block of Talon Trace, Birmingham (other/unknown). Stolen was $119 via Visa card.

-Possession of obscene matter containing visual depictions of persons under age 17 from the 4100 block of Kesteven Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Recovered was an Apple iPod 16 gigabyte.
