-Burglary III from the 4900 block of Highway 61, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen were a red Troybilt Bronco riding lawn mower valued at $1,284 and a black and silver Shindaiwa T230X weedeater valued at $297.

-Burglary III from the 3900 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a Sony Vaio laptop valued at $800 and a Toshiba laptop valued at $600.

-Criminal mischief III from the 4900 block of Mountain View Parkway, Birmingham (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $500 were done to a double payne window.

-Criminal mischief II from the 1100 block of Highway 277 (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $800 were done to two double pane windows and in the amount of $100 were done to a window frame.

-Burglary II and public intoxication from the 1300 block of Highway 277, Helena (residence/home).

-Theft of property III from the 100 block of Hobbs Circle, Wilsonville (parking lot/garage).

-Criminal mischief III from Highway 97 at the intersection of Highway 70, Columbiana (construction).

-Burglary III from the 10000 block of CR-55, Westover (residence/home). Stolen was a $390 money order and $250 in U.S. currency.

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument II from the 2200 block of Highway 31 South, Pelham (bank).
