The thunderstorms that moved through Shelby County early April 19 have caused multiple playoff series to be postponed due to wet field conditions.

The doubleheader previously scheduled for Friday has been rescheduled for April 20 starting at 11 a.m. with the second game following 30 minutes after, according to Warriors’ head coach Pat Hamrick. If a third game is necessary in the best-of-three series, it will be played on April 22 at 5 p.m.
The Vincent Yellow Jackets were scheduled to host Horseshoe Bend in the first round of the Class 2A playoffs, but the series has also been postponed until April 20. No game time has been announced.
