The Cornerstone Christian Chargers and Coosa Valley Academy Rebels will open the 2013 AISA baseball playoffs at home April 19-20.

The Chargers (14-8) took the No. 2 seed in their region in Class A and will host No. 3 seed Ashford in a best-of-three series scheduled to begin April 19.

The Coosa Valley Rebels will face Northside in the first round of the Class AA playoffs in a best-of-three series also slated to begin April 19.

The Kingwood Christian Lions will travel to Escambia for their first round series in Class 3A.

Winners of first round series will advance to the second round scheduled for April 25-26.
