The Shelby County Ladycats scored three runs in the second inning for a 4-1 victory over Briarwood at the Montevallo tournament April 13.

Brianna Buie led the way for Shelby County finishing 2-for-3 with two doubles.

Jessica Carden pitched five innings and allowed one run on four hits with four strikeouts and two walks in the win.
