The Briarwood Christian Lions scored five of their six runs off home runs in a 6-1 victory over Grissom March 25 at the 2013 Baptist Health System Hoover Bucs Spring Break Classic.

Daniel Robert hit a two-run home run in the first and Will Dyson hit a three-run home run in the third to pace the Lions to the win. Robert finished the game 2-for-3 with a home run, double, two RBIs and two runs scored. Dyson led Briarwood with four RBIs while batting 1-for-3 with a walk.

Ethan Simmons pitched the Lions to the win allowing one run on three hits with nine strikeouts in four and a third innings of work.
