Indian Springs Village

The Indian Springs Village Town Council met at 7 p.m. at the Town Hall. All council members were present.

Motion to approve Feb. 19 meeting minutes. Motion passed.

Council member Bart Trammell proposed an administrative procedure to follow up on council members’ completion of the Statement of Economic Interest and procedure for tracking council members’ attendance. Council discussed these procedures, mayor approved procedures and will initiate them.

City Attorney Russ Allison has resigned. Council member Kathryn Harrington will fill his role in the interim. Harrington recommended resident Farris Richey as a replacement and proposed paying his dues to the Alabama League of Municipalities. The mayor asked for additional recommendations.
