The Montevallo Lady Bulldogs saw their season come to an end when they fell to Midfield 57-22 Feb. 7 at the Class 3A, Area 8 tournament.

Montevallo defeated Indian Springs 41-14 in a play-in game to advance to the area semifinals.

Midfield took a 25-9 lead at the half before striking for 20 points in the third quarter.

Savannah Upton led Montevallo scorers with seven points.
