The Hope Christian Lady Eagles nearly saw Ballard make a second-half comeback in a 37-30 victory Jan. 15.

Hope Christian led 19-7 at the half, but Ballard came alive in the second half and outscored the Lady Eagles 23-20 in the second half.

Christina Jones led Hope Christian with 19 points and three steals.
