Dear Editor,

I am disappointed that the tea party on July 4 did not receive the media attention it deserved.

It’s time we all stood up to let Washington know we do not like the policies they are forcing on us.

We are having our rights taken away every day, headed for socialism and bankruptcy, plus the burden in the form of taxes will be placed on our children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

We need less big government!

Watch for the next tea party.
