The Thompson Lady Warriors moved on to the championship game of the Shelby County tournament with a 61-50 victory over the Shelby County Lady Wildcats Dec. 21 at Oak Mountain HIgh School.

Kelsea Bivins led Thompson with 15 points and eight rebounds. Kat Cingoranelli added 13 points with five steals while Janese Richardson scored 10 points.

Thompson will take on Oak Mountain in the girls’ championship game at 4:30 p.m. at the University of Montevallo.
