The Thompson Lady Warriors locked up a spot in the Shelby County tournament semifinals with a 73-39 win over rival Pelham Lady Panthers Dec. 20 at Calera High School.

Kiarra Pettway led Thompson with 16 points and six rebounds. Kelsea Bivens added 13 points with 10 rebounds and three steals in a double-double effort. Miyel Miller scored 12 points and eight rebounds.

Thompson will take on Shelby County in the semifinals.
