The Shelby County Wildcats overcame a slow start with a great fourth quarter for a 47-43 win over Sylacauga Dec. 11.

The Wildcats scored just eight points in the opening quarter, but chipped away at the Sylacauga lead through the next three periods. Shelby County held Sylacauga to just five points in the fourth to take the win.

Tyler Madison scored a game-high 26 points in the victory while Brandon McKinney tallied 11 points.
