-Theft of property I from the 2000 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (other/unknown). Stolen was a white gold with marquis diamonds and two emeralds wedding ring valued at $5,500.

-Domestic violence III – harassment and criminal mischief III and theft of property III from the 11000 block of CR-17, Montevallo (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $300 were done to the doorframe on the victim’s residence and in the amount of $200 were done to a cell phone.

-Receiving stolen property II from the 400 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Recovered was a Beretta 9mm Px4 Storm blue handgun with clip valued at $500.

-Burglary III and theft of property II from the 1000 block of Cord 40, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen were a Winchester 270 blot action rifle valued at $400, a Smith & Wesson .38 Special CTG black with rubber grips valued at $450 and a nickel plated .22 Derringer valued at $200.

-Theft of property I from the 12000 block of County Highway 280, Chelsea (parking lot/garage). Stolen was a white 2001 GMC 2500 Savanna Van valued at $7,000.

-Fraudulent use of a debit/credit card from the 100 block of Narrows Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was $328.40 using a debit card.

-Theft of property II from the 2000 block of Eagle Park Lane, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a Benelli MC-20 shotgun valued at $1,500.

-Theft of property III from the 600 block of Elvira Road, Helena (residence/home).

-Rape I and sexual abuse I from the 600 block of Dusty Hollow Road, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 4200 block of Highway 37, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen was a 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500 of unknown value.
