The Spain Park High School softball team defeated Vestavia Hills 6-2 in a Class 6A, Area 12 contest April 14.

Keri Krake led the Jaguars at the plate as she finished with a two-run double.

Hannah Camp finished with an RBI double and a single. Dekayla Sankey drove in two runs in the victory.

Casey Craig finished with an RBI single. Erin Hornsby, Caroline Holmes and Elizabeth Ballew finished with a single each.

Channing Haynes earned the win in the circle.
