The first graders at Calera Elementary have been studying weather for the past couple of weeks. At the end of the lesson, each student created a weather poster and became a meteorologist for the day. Students got to pick what weather condition they wanted to present. They brought props such as an umbrellas, sunglasses, rain gauges, etc. Students then presented weather reports.
