The Cornerstone Christian School baseball team defeated Chambers Academy 16-1 in high school baseball action March 11.

Austin Davis led the Chargers (5-2-1) at the plate ashe finished 2-for-4 with two doubles. Davis drove in four runs and scored three runs.

Stephan Young went 1-for-2 and drove in two runs. Auston Wingard finished 1-for-2 with two RBIs and two runs scored. Chase Payne went 1-for-4 and scored three runs.

Tim Warren finished 1-for-1 with two RBIs and a run scored. Adrian Young went 1-for-1 with two RBIs and two runs scored. Josh Anderson scored two runs. Dylan Rodgers, Kendall Moore, Austin Andrews and Clayton Halbert scored one run each.

Moore drove in two runs. Andrews drove in one run.

Young picked up the win on the mound after striking out four batters and two walks in four innings.
