The Chelsea High School baseball team defeated Holt 11-3 in high school baseball action Feb. 22.

Tripp Hobbs picked up the win on the mound after striking out six batters in a complete game. Hobbs allowed only one earned run on four hits.

Justen Moore led the Hornets (2-1) at the plate as he finished 2-for-3 with three stolen bases.

Jake Campbell finished 2-for-3 with three RBIs and belted his second homer of the season in the victory. Joey Mock went 3-for-3 with two RBIs.

Austin Dean finished 2-for-4 with three RBIs. Eli Bashour went 1-for-3 with a double.
