-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Seventh Avenue Southeast and Buttercup (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a metal rod used to smoke crack cocaine.
-Theft of property from undisclosed (other, unknown). Stolen was an Alabama tag valued at $20.
Feb. 8
-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college). Confiscated, seized was a clear bag containing marijuana.
-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Douglas Drive.
-Theft of property from the 700 block of Fulton Springs Road (highway, street). Stolen were a Glock 9 mm pistol valued at $550, a cloth case for pistol valued at $50 and an extra magazine with bullets valued at $50.
-Domestic incident from the 700 block of Third Avenue Northwest.
-Domestic incident from the 1000 block of Caribbean Circle.

-Information from the 1300 block of Navajo Trail.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1500 block of First Street North (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were a glass pipe containing marijuana and 38 grams of green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.

-Damage to city property from Interstate 65 southbound lanes (highway, street). Damaged was a rock to the front windshield of a 2008 Ford Crown Victoria

-Theft of property from the 1100 block of First Street South (restaurant). Stolen was $3,800 in U.S. currency.
-Damage to property from the 200 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (other, unknown). Damaged was a 2008 Dodge Ram in the amount of $800.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college). Stolen was an iPod Touch valued at $200.
Feb. 10
-Unlawful possession of marijuana/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from undisclosed (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a green leafy substance wrapped in cigarette paper believed to be marijuana weighing less than 1 gram and a metal pipe believed to be used to ingest crack cocaine.

-Driving under the influence from State Highway 119 at First Commercial Bank (bank).
-Failure to stop for school bus from Old Boston and Navaho Trail (highway, street).
-Theft of property from the 1400 block of Highway 31 South (commercial). Stolen were four Eagle alloy rims valued at $100.

-Theft of property from Thompson High School (school, college). Stolen was an iPod Touch valued at $400 and a HTC Aria cell phone valued at $500.
-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from County Road 11 at Fifth Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Confiscated was powder cocaine.
-Damage to property from the 9200 block of Highway 119 (restaurant). Damaged was a 2002 Sonata in the amount of $1,000.
-Found property from Municipal Park (other, unknown). Recovered was a book bag containing folders and schoolbooks.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 1100 block of Silver Creek Lane. Damaged were a door casing in the amount of $300. Stolen were a stove and dishwasher valued at $1,350 total.
-Burglary/criminal mischief from the 1100 block of Silver Creek Lane. Damaged was a window in the amount of $250.
-Harassment from the 1200 block of First Avenue West (convenience store).
