The Coosa Valley Academy baseball team defeated Prattville Christian 21-13 in high school baseball action Feb. 15.

The Rebels (2-0) racked up 16 hits in the victory.

John Bullen finished with two hits, including a double and a triple, and three RBIs. Steven Cryer added two hits, including a double and a triple, and three RBIs. Hunter Roe recorded two hits, including a double and a triple, and two RBIs.

Jarrod Mims finished with two hits and an RBI. Saxon Grimes added four hits and two RBIs. Myles Varner finished with one hit and an RBI. Hunter Winslett recorded two hits.

Nick Bates picked up his first win of the season on the mound.
