Coosa Valley Academy will host the Alabama Independent Schools Association Class 1A, Region 2 boys’ and girls’ basketball tournaments Feb. 4-5.

The Cornerstone Christian School girls’ basketball team will also participate in the region tournament.

The Chargers will face Ellwood Christian Academy in a girls’ semifinal Feb. 4 at 3 p.m. Coosa Valley will face Jackson Academy in a girls’ semifinal Feb. 4 at 6 p.m.

The girls’ championship game will be held Feb. 5 at 4 p.m. The girls’ consolation game will be held Feb. 5 at 1 p.m.

The Coosa Valley Academy boys’ basketball team will face Ellwood Christian Academy in a semifinal contest Feb. 4 at 7:30 p.m. The boys’ championship game will take place Feb. 5 at 5:30 p.m. The girls’ consolation game will be held Feb. 5 at 2:30 p.m.

The Kingwood Christian School girls’ basketball team will face East Memorial Christian Academy in the AISA Class 3A, Region 2 tournament Feb. 4 at 3 p.m. at Wilcox Academy.
