Vincent Elementary School has adopted the Parent Parties program to entice parents to be more involved with their kids’ school.

The program kicked-off Sept. 10 in the Vincent Elementary Media Center. More than 50 parents enjoyed games such as “Pingo” where parents receive prizes for school-involvement, recipes for school success, music and refreshments.

Vincent will host several more themed parties for parents throughout the year. “Keys to Successful Parenting: SMILE — Super Moms and Dads are Involved through Love and Encouragement” is the theme for the second party scheduled for Oct. 22.
