CALERA – The Water Works Board of Calera will hold a public meeting July 25 at 5 p.m.

The meeting will be held at the Water Works Board’s office at 10947 Alabama 25 in Calera. During the meeting, the board will ratify the election of officers for the board; authorize the issuance and sale of more than $9.4 million water revenue bonds to refinance the Series 2000 bonds and series 2006 bonds of the board; and authorize the execution and delivery of financing documents with respect to the issuance of said bonds.

The meeting is open to the public.
