Dec. 17

-Bribery of public servants/minor in possession of alcohol (consumption) from County Road 41 near Highway 280, Birmingham (highway, street).

Dec. 18

-Criminal mischief from the 26000 block of Highway 145, Wilsonville. Damaged was a windowpane in the amount of $750.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 5300 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (service, gas station).

Dec. 20

-Domestic investigation from the 9600 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville.

-Harassing communications from the 5500 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville.

-Illegal possession of controlled substance from Highway 26 and Shady Road, Alabaster (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were 4.5 grams Xanax.

Dec. 21

-Agency assist – forensic processing from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office (government, public building).

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Asberry Road, Montevallo.

-Miscellaneous information from Portobello Road, Birmingham (other, unknown).

-Domestic investigation from the 600 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 3000 block of Highway 32, Wilsonville.

-Theft of property from the 17000 block of Highway 42, Shelby. Stolen were extension cords valued at $155, four 2 by 12 by 10-foot pieces of treated lumber valued at $75 and an air conditioning air compressor pump valued at $50.

-Suicide from Selkirk Drive, Birmingham.

-Property damage from Cahaba Valley Road and Oak Mountain Lake Road (highway, street). Damaged was a 2003 Toyota RAV 4.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of North Main Street, Columbiana (commercial).

-Domestic investigation from Ruby Drive, Columbiana.

-Harassment from the 4600 block of Highway 280 (parking lot, garage).

-Identity theft from the 2900 block of Brook Highland Drive, Birmingham. Forged, counterfeited were credit card items in amounts of $480.53, $398.49 and $477.72.

-Forgery from Wells Fargo, Inverness Center Parkway, Birmingham (bank). Forged, counterfeited was a Moneygram money order in the amount of $3,480.

Dec. 22

-Miscellaneous information from the 5400 block of Hunt Cliff Road, Birmingham (parking lot, garage).

-Driving under the influence from the 7800 block of County Road 55 (highway, street).

-Willful violation of a protection from abuse order from the 5700 block of Hunt Cliff Road, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous (discharge of weapon) from the 3000 block of Brook Highland Drive, Birmingham. Damaged was a large doe.

-Property damage from County Road 41 near Highway 25, Leeds (highway, street). Damaged was a 2008 ford Explorer in the amount of $1,000.

-Property damage from the 16000 block of Highway 280 westbound, Chelsea (highway, street). Damaged was a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica.

-Hindering prosecution from Deer Lane, Vincent.

-Domestic investigation from the 2700 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. Stolen was jewelry.

-Suicide attempt from Highway 55, Wilsonville.

-Domestic violence (assault) from Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett. (Suffix 02).

-Domestic violence (harassment) from Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett (Suffix 01).

-Domestic violence (harassing communications) from the 200 block of Millers Farm Road, Columbiana.

-Child endangerment – suspected from the 700 block of County Road 442, Shelby (other, unknown).

-Death investigation from the 1400 block of County Road 7, Wilsonville.

-Forgery from the 3200 block of Glasgow Circle, Birmingham (commercial).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia from the Intersection of Highway 28 and Highway 61 (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were two Baggies and plastic containers of 2.3 grams of marijuana, a Diablo scale with marijuana residue, a zip lock plastic Baggie filled with seven other Baggies and a packet of JOB rolling papers.
