-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft of property from the 100 block of Gardenside Drive. Damaged was a 2004Dodge Ram in the amount of $500. Stolen were a compact disc case valued at $30 and CDs valued at $200.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property from the 600 block of North Grandview Circle. Stolen were a Motorola cell phone valued at $300, a wallet and a Regions debit card.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property from Gardenside Drive. Stolen were a traffic vest valued at $25, clip board valued at $30, rain jacket valued at $100, gloves valued at $30 and a duffle bag valued at $75.
-Theft of property from undisclosed. Stolen were checks totaling $4,411.

-Criminal mischief from the 1900 block of Amberly Woods Trail, Helena. Damaged was a 2007 Honda CR-V in the amount of $150.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle/theft of property from Mountain Lake Trail. Stolen were a wallet valued at $5, $200 in cash, driver’s license, Social Security Card and credit cards valued at 40.

-Breaking and entering of a motor vehicle/theft of property from the 200 block of Mountain Lake Trail. Stolen were Maui Jim sunglasses valued at $400.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 200 block of Grand View Parkway. Recovered were televisions valued at $2,600 and a Dell Inspiron computer valued at $500.

-Care for tethered dog from the 100 block of Grove Circle.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 300 block of Cohill Drive. Confiscated, seized were 4 grams (three small cellophane bags containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana) valued at $30.

-Disorderly conduct/resisting arrest from the 2800 block of Smokey Road (school, college). Recovered was a B-West by Imez .380-calibeer semi-automatic pistol valued at $100 and a Davis industries model D9 Derringer style 9 mm pistol valued at $50.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college). Confiscated, seized were three white pills with “5771” etched on one side and identified as 10-milligram Methadone pills.

-Possession of a forged instrument from Regions Bank, Colonial Promenade (bank).

Confiscated, seized were 3 grams of green leafy substance in a cellophane bag believed to be marijuana, 2 grams of white oblong pills generic for Lortab 7.5 and 2 grams of white round pills Methocarbomol muscle relaxer.
