-Damage to property from the 1400 block of Highland Lakes Trail, Birmingham (other/unknown).

 

May 17

-Rape from the 200 block of Shelby County 478, Leeds (residence/home).

-Theft of property from Wateroak Street (residence/home). Stolen was a gold 2004 Hyundai Elantra.

-Criminal mischief from the 400 block of Ridge Road, Shelby (other/unknown). Damaged was the read quarter panel of a 2004 Ford T-Bird in the amount of $3,000.

 

May 18

-Burglary from the 4000 block of Shelby County 22 (govt/public building). Damaged were broken rear window and storm panel, eight-foot folding tables and 24-foot aluminum extension ladder, all of unknown amount.

-Burglary from the 2600 block of Corsair Drive (residence/home). Stolen was Eco Power sprayer valued at $600.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Monte Verde Lane, Montevallo (residence/home). Damaged were wooden handrail for back porch and interior door.

-Burglary from the 1300 block of Shelby County 337 (residence/home). Stolen were three copy paper boxes containing personal documents and three brown boxes containing toys of unknown valued.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 3100 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Stolen were Kenwood radio/CD player valued at $150.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Murray Drive, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen was a 16-foot car trailer dual axle valued at $1,200.

-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Pink Dogwood Lane, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 300 block of Holcombe Lane (residence/home).

-Harassment from the 4000 block of Shelby County 47 (residence/home).

-Theft of property from the 7000 block of Shelby County 61 (residence/home). Stolen was an iPod 8g touch screen valued at $250.

-Miscellaneous information from the 500 block of Shelby County 253, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief from the 400 block of Shelby County 260, Maylene (residence/home). Damaged was the back windshield of a gold 2004 Saturn Ion in the amount of more than $600.

-Theft of property/shoplifting from the 16000 block of U.S. 280 (supermarket). Stolen was a JVC CD stereo valued at $154.97.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Pioneer Avenue, Montevallo (residence/home).. Stolen was a chrome 3-inch trailer hitch ball valued at $5.

-Death investigation from the 800 block of Paradise Pointe Drive, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Civil dispute from the 700 block of North Horton Road, Columbiana (residence/home). Recovered were Taurus .22 caliber revolver, Cobra .380 semi-automatic, magazine for Cobra .380 and live .380 rounds.

 

May 19

-Harassing communications from the 0 block of Lemay Plaza South, Maxwell Air Force Base (residence/home).

-Harassing communications and criminal mischief III from the 0 block of Shady Branch Lane, Chelsea (residence/home). Damaged were driver’s side front and rear tires.

-Driving under the influence from the 14000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (highway/street).

-Harassing communications from the 900 block of Shelby County 435, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Driving under the influence from U.S. 280 at Brook Highland Parkway (highway/street).

-Speeding/driving under the influence and unlawful possession of marijuana/paraphernalia from Shelby County 41 and River Birch Drive, Birmingham (highway/street). Recovered were approximately 1.4 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a glass marijuana pipe.

-Civil dispute from the 800 block of U.S. 31, Alabaster (commercial).

-Domestic investigation from the 600 block of Massey Road, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Harassing communications from the 13000 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo (conv. Store).

-Domestic investigation from the 0 block of Wildflower, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief III from the 100 block of Love Road, Wilsonville (residence/home). Damaged was a double-hung single pane window in the amount of $100.

-Death investigation from the 1000 block of Kingston Road, Chelsea (residence/home). Recovered were Roxanal and Ativan.

-Speeding/driving under the influence and unlawful possession of marijuana/paraphernalia form Shelby County 41 and River Birch Drive, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from Meadowbrook Road (highway/street). Recovered were empty can of Keystone light beer with charred residue and brown wallet with assorted papers and cards.

 

May 20

-Rape from the 53000 block of Alabama 25, Vandiver (other/unknown).

-Domestic violence – assault from Alabama 25 and Shelby County 61, Wilsonville (highway/street).

-Burglary from the 1500 block of Shelby County 70 (service/gas station). Damaged were 30-foot by 70-foot metal alloy entrance door and frame in the amount of $1040 and phone box with connectors and wires in the amount of $250. Stolen were $10,000 in U.S. currency and commercial-type drop safe valued at $2,000.

-Theft II from the 6000 block of Shelby County 61, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen were six horse power post hole digger valued at $200, four-inch auger valued at $100, 8-inch auger valued at $100 and 5/16-inch standard wall pipe valued at $100.

-Hit and run from the 500 block of Cahaba Park Circle, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

-Driving under the influence from Greenhill Parkway and U.S. 280 (highway/street).

-Domestic violence – criminal trespass from the 5600 block of Tamarac Trace (residence/home).

-Harassment and criminal mischief from the 5600 block of Tamarac Trace, Birmingham (residence/home). Damaged were four tires on a 1999 Volvo S70.

-Domestic violence III – assault from the 1200 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham (other/unknown).

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 100 block of Rockhill Drive, Shelby (residence/home).

-Property damage from the 6000 block of Eagle Point Circle, Birmingham (residence/home). Damaged was a black mailbox in the amount of $200.

-Found property from the 9000 block of South Main Street (residence/home). Recovered was a Spesco .38 special revolver valued at $200.

-Allowing animals to run at large from the 1000 block of Eagle Nest Court (residence/home).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Deerwood Lake Drive, Harpersville (residence/home). Stolen were $120 in U.S. currency and frost cutlery search and rescue knife valued at $20.

-Unlawful act by three or more persons acting in concert and promoting prison contraband from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana (jail/prison).

Stolen were RD plane piper club valued at $1,500, RC plane piper Pawnee valued at $2,000, tool box full of tools used to work on RC planes, cars valued at $1,000, RD new plane engine in box valued at $300, 50cc Polar Pro Saw valued at $100 and nail gun pasload valued at $400.

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 200 block of Kings Home Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief from Beeswax Boat Launch, Columbiana (parking lot/garage). Damaged was a tire in the amount of $250.

-Miscellaneous information from the 2800 block of Riverview Road (residence/home). Damaged was a front quarter panel.

-Theft of property from the 6900 block of Whitetail Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was $300 in U.S. currency.

-Criminal mischief from the 6200 block of Cahaba Valley Road (parking lot/garage). Damaged were a passenger side rear fender and front door.

-Theft of property form the 3700 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a large patio umbrella valued at $150.

-Installing an eavesdropping device from the 200 block of Shelby County 443 (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 5500 block of Parkside Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were Cobra radar and laser detector valueda t $150 and $85 in U.S. currency.

-Harassing communications from the 2000 block of Fairbank Circle (residence/home).

-Harassment from the intersection of Cyrus Circle and Valleydale Road (highway/street).

-Domestic investigation from the 400 block of Shelby County 270, Maylene (residence/home).

-Menacing from the 5100 block of Cyrus Circle, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

-Harassment from the 200 block of Pink Dogwood Lane (residence/home).

-Found property from Chelsea Fire Station, Chelsea (highway/street). Recovered were black leather men’s wallet, prepaid card, Mastercards, serve card, Visa debit and Mechant Exchage card of unknown value.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Nelson Circle (other/unknown). Stolen were a small wallet, Alabama driver’s license valued at $20, $5 of U.S. currency and a set of keys.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Nelson Circle (other/unknown). Stolen were a men’s wallet and $250 in U.S. currency.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from U.S. 280 and Hugh Daniel Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Property damage from Alabama 25 (highway/street). Damaged were the front, windshield and roof of a 1999 Ford Explorer.
