The following are incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Nov. 12-23:

Nov. 12

-Theft by deception from the 100 block of Meadowgreen Road, Montevallo. Stolen was a money transfer in the amount of $3,130.

Nov. 16

-Domestic investigation from the 3200 block of River Birch Trail, Chelsea.

-Property damage from the 29000 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville (highway, street). Damaged was a 2003 International Delivery Truck in the amount of $100.

-Trespassing of suspicious person from the 100 block of Heatherbrooke Park Drive, Birmingham (other, unknown).

-Sexual abuse of a child less than 12 from Highway 30, Columbiana (Suffix 01).

-Sexual abuse of a child less than 12 from Highway 30, Columbiana (Suffix 02).

Nov. 17

-Recovered stolen property from then 300 block of Marigold Road, Shelby. Recovered was a 2001 Bombardier.

-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Massey Road, Alabaster.

-Harassing communications from the 4000 block of Saddle Run Circle.

-Harassing communications from the 5500 block of Double Oak Lane, Birmingham (church).

-Law enforcement assist from the 200 block of Vineyard Lane, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 400 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham (other, unknown).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Chelsea Corners Way, Chelsea (supermarket). Stolen and recovered was a chuck road valued at $12.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from Parker Drive, Pelham (commercial). Recovered was a glass pipe with residue.

-Disorderly conduct from Nelson Circle, Montevallo.

-Domestic investigation from the 4500 block of Chesapeake Cove, Birmingham (parking lot, garage).

-Fire investigation from Surry Lane, Birmingham. Damaged was a 2006 Ford E-150 Van. (Suffix 02).

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Spider Lily Lane, Maylene.

-Cruelty to animals from the 12000 block of Highway 280, Westover (other, unknown).

-Forgery from the 1100 block of Highway 5, Wilsonville. Forged counterfeited were four checks valued at $480.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from Anglers Lane, Shelby. Stolen were a purse valued at $600 and a debit cad.

-Domestic violence from the100 block of Dusty Way, Harpersville.

Nov. 18

-Property damage from Highway 231 and Highway 468, Vincent (highway, street). Damaged was a 2004 GMC 2500.

-Miscellaneous information from Highway 31, Alabaster (highway, street).

-Harassment from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (department store).

-Domestic investigation from the 900 block of Highway 99, Shelby.

-Miscellaneous information from County Road 32 and 49, Columbiana (highway, street).

-Juvenile runaway from Kings Ranch Drive, Wilsonville.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 7400 block of County Road 61, Wilsonville.

-Domestic violence-assault from the 1800 block of Highway 30, Columbiana.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 100 block of Meadow Creek Lane, Alabaster. Stolen ere 12 sunglasses valued at $250. Damaged was a 2000 Ford Expedition in the amount of $500.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Chelsea Village Lane, Chelsea. Stolen was $700.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance/domestic investigation from the 59000 block of Highway 25, Harpersville (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were two Suboxone and an estimated 140 Alprazolam.

-Assault from the 3000 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham (parking lot, garage).

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 5000 block of Chesapeake.

Nov. 19

-Property recovered from McGuire Road, Birmingham (highway, street). Recovered were a purse, debit card, Social Security card, Florida ID, health card, benefit card and $2.63 in assorted U.S. currency.

-Allowing dogs to roam at large from the 5100 block of Lee Street Drive, Birmingham.

-Property located from the 3700 block of Highway 71/causeway on Highway 71, Shelby (lake, waterway). Recovered was a large frame revolver.

-Harassing communications from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (school, college). (Suffix 02).

-Hazing from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (school, college) (Suffix 01).

-Fire investigation from White Tail Drive, Birmingham. Damaged was an apartment kitchen.

-Miscellaneous information from Hidden Ridge, Chelsea.

-Interference with custody from the 5400 block of Dover Cliff Circle, Birmingham.

-Civil dispute-child custody from Wendy’s Restaurant, Highway 280/Inverness Parkway, Birmingham (parking lot, garage).

-Harassing communications from the 1000 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

-Burglary from the 5200 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

-Identity theft from Beaver Creek Road, Columbiana. Stolen was an AT&T account in the amount of $750.

-Domestic violence harassment from the 3200 block of River Birch Trail, Chelsea.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia/unlawfully carrying a pistol from Barnett Street, Montevallo. Confiscated, seized were a syringe and a .22-caliber pistol with nine bullets.

-Burglary from the 6600 block of Walt Drive, Birmingham (storage facility). Stolen were a storage box with hunting clothes, a Leopold scope, pair of binoculars and a rechargeable flashlight.

-Burglary from the 31000 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville (storage facility). Stolen were a wooden desk with glass cabinet, toolbox with tool, three cancelled credit cards, a portable grill, an electric leaf blower, a ceramic apple dish and a wooden wall clock.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Greenfield Lane, Alabaster. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

Nov. 20

-Public intoxication from the 3300 block of Highway 22, Montevallo.

-Harassing communications from Bear Lane, Columbiana (restaurant).

-Violation of a protection order from the 1100 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham (parking lot, garage, residence, home).

-Criminal mischief from the 1000 block of Oak Meadows Road, Birmingham. Damaged was a metal mailbox.

-Animal complaint from the 3000 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief/theft of property from the game preserve at the end of County Road 471, Westover (construction). Damaged was a knuckle boom loader in the amount of $2,000. Stolen were 20 binding chains valued at $1,200 and 20 chain binders valued at $600.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 3500 block of Wyngate Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was a watch valued at $1,300.

-Burglary from the 600 block of Depot Street, Wilton. Stolen was $50 in U.S. currency.

-Domestic violence assault from the 9600 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville.

-Death investigation from the 200 block of Pine Oakes, Montevallo. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

Nov. 21

-Minor in possession of alcohol from Alexander Road, Leeds (highway, street).

-Miscellaneous report from Ferguson Drive, Chelsea (other, unknown).

-Damage to property from the 100 block of Beeswax Park Road (parking lot, garage). Damaged were a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado and a boat trailer in the amount of $1,500 total.

-Property damage from the 6700 block of Highway 26, Columbiana. Damaged was a front door in the amount of $350.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Cardwell Road, Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 2500 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett.

-Miscellaneous information from Norris Lane, Alabaster.

-Miscellaneous information from the 4000 block of Highway 22, Montevallo.

-Criminal mischief from Stetson Lane, Alabaster. Damaged was brick mailbox with lights in the amount of $600.

-Criminal trespass/taking protected birds/animals at night without permission from the 9500 block of Bear Creek Road, Sterrett (field, woods).

-Domestic investigation from the 1000 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from River Tree Circle, Harpersville. Stolen was a 1994 Dodge Ram van valued at $600.

-Fraudulent use of credit or debit card from the 1400 block of Highway 31, Calera. Forged, counterfeited was a Visa card.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 4000 block of Meadow Brook Way, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 4500 block of Highway 18, Montevallo.

-Burglary from the 2000 block of Highway 25, Wilton. Stolen were an LG 42-inch flat screen television valued at $700, a surround sound system valued at $250, a leather sectional sofa valued at $1,100, a coffee table valued at $100 and two end tables valued at $100.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 4500 block of Oxford Road, Birmingham.

Nov. 22

-Criminal mischief from the 5400 block of Highway 10, Montevallo. Damaged was a 1969 singlewide trailer in the amount of $300.

-Theft of property from the 700 block of Highway 8, Montevallo. Stolen was a package containing an American Girl doll valued at $115.

-Criminal mischief from the 5500 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (convenience store). Damaged was a front door glass in the amount of $1,000.

-Damage to property from the 26000 block of Highway 145, Shelby (highway, street). Damaged was a 1996 BMW in the amount of $2,000.

-Attempting to elude police officer from County Road 47 and County Road 39 (highway, street).

-Criminal mischief/harassing communications from the 7100 block of Highway 49, Columbiana. Damaged were seven blue jeans, $1,050; six shoes, $500; undergarments, $500; children’s clothes, toys and four photo albums.

-Property damage from Highway 119/Castleberry Road, Pelham (highway, street). Damaged was a front windshield in the amount of $500.

-Missing person from the 100 block of Scarlet Lane, Chelsea.

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 1000 block of Crawford Court, Chelsea. Stolen was a credit union card in the amount of $214.58.

-Burglary/criminal mischief from the 100 block of Sunset Lake Drive, Chelsea (bank). Damaged was a GE stainless steel five-burner electric stove in the amount of $450.

-Missing person from the 2000 block of Highway 56, Wilsonville (restaurant).

-Burglary from the 100 block of Birmingham Street, Montevallo. Stolen were two grey cats, a litter box valued at $10, a cat bed valued at $10, box of kitty litter valued at $10 and dual purpose feeding bowl valued at $10.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 5000 block of Lee Street Drive, Birmingham. Stolen were a safe valued at $200, jewelry valued at $2,000, $2,225 in U.S. currency, an iPod valued at $300 and a rifle valued at $500. Damaged was a rear doorframe in the amount of $100.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 4700 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 1996 Mercury Sable. Stolen were a wallet, two cards, a Georgia Tech gym bag with clothing, $20 and a Panasonic 200 series camera valued at $150.

-Fraudulent use of credit/debit card from Florida/South Carolina (other, unknown).

-Found property from the 1700 block of Lot Six, Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana. Recovered was an staple gun.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 200 block of Church Street, Wilton.

-Domestic violence harassment from the 700 block of Highway 31, Alabaster.

Nov. 23

-Found property from Highland Lakes Drive near U.S. 280 (highway, street). Recovered was a small plastic bag containing marijuana.

-Driving under the influence from the 4700 block of U.S. Highway 280 East, Birmingham (convenience store).

-Domestic violence-reckless endangerment/theft of property from Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a keyless control box for a vehicle valued at $100.
