The following are incident and offense reports from municipal police departments from Nov. 8-16:

Alabaster

Nov. 9

-Trafficking from Interstate 65 at exit 242 (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were 36 Suboxone, seven Clonzipan, one aderall and two crushed white pills.

-Criminal trespass from the 300 block of 11th Street Southwest.

-Damage to property from First Avenue West (highway, street). Damaged was a 1998 Honda Civic in the amount of $2,500.

-Damage to property from First Street Southwest at First Avenue West (highway, street). Damaged was a telephone pole in the amount of $50.

-Theft of property from America’s Thrift Store, 218 Second St. S.W. (specialty store). Stolen were $5,000 in U.S. currency, a BB&T debit card valued at $1, an Alabama OLN valued at $23, a day planner valued at $50, a Medicare card and four Blue Cross insurance cards.

-Harassment from the 500 block of Fifth Avenue Southeast.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen were a table and four chairs valued at $550 total.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Newgatge Road. Damaged was a passenger front window in the amount of $300.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle/theft of property from the 200 block of Cedar Meadow, Maylene. Stolen were a briefcase valued at $100, a planner valued at $100, paper work, book of checks valued at $10 and keys to a building valued at $5.

-Open door from 124 Market Center Drive (construction).

-Harassment from the 130 block of 13 Place Southwest.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Highway 65 South at exit 238 (highway, street). Damaged in the amount of $1,000 was a Chevrolet.

-Criminal trespass from Hilltop Road.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Interstate 65 north mile maker 242 (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a spoon with unknown substance.

-Accidental injury/accidental discharge of a firearm from the 100 block of Second Avenue Southwest.

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of First Street North (other, unknown). Stolen were three otoscopes (two ear and one eye) valued at $1,500.

-Damage to property from the intersection of First Street Southwest and First Avenue West (highway, street). Damaged was a Ford Taurus in the amount of $250.

-Criminal mischief from the 900 block of Willow Creek Place. Damaged in the amount of $50 was a mailbox.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Kentwood Terrace.

-Theft/criminal mischief from 9758 Alabama Highway 25 (government, public building). Stolen were candy bars valued at $60 and sports drinks valued at $35.

-Property damage from the 16000 block of Highway 25 (highway, street). Damaged was a 2004 Mazda Tribute.

-Incident from 11960 Highway 25 (hotel, motel).

-Theft (shoplifting) from 5100 Supercenter Drive (department store). Stolen were items valued at $28.82.

-Theft (shoplifting) from 5100 U.S. Highway 31 (department store). Stolen and recovered were hair color valued at $7.97 and clothing valued at $16.

-Disorderly conduct/criminal mischief from 4601 U.S. Highway 31 (other, unknown). Damaged and recovered were 15 piercing pieces valued at $150. Stolen were 20 piercing studs and earrings valued at $200.

-Located property from Orr Park near Island Street. Recovered were an Alabama driver’s license valued at $25, a wallet valued at $10 and an Alabama EST card valued at $1.

-Burglary from the 200 block of Shelby Street. Stolen was a Whirlpool washing machine valued at $500.

-Possession of a controlled substance from Highway 119. Confiscated, seized were 22 green round pills marked TEVA and 93/833.

-Theft of property from 1969 Chandalar Drive (commercial). Stolen were 68 rolls and coils of electrical wire valued at $7,000.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 100 block of Highcrest Road. Stolen was a Smith and Wesson .38-caliber handgun valued at $200.

-Domestic violence from Value Place (rear parking lot).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 150 Highcrest Drive. Stolen were a purse valued at $50, $140 in cash, a wallet valued at $200, Gucci sunglasses valued at 400, an iPod Nano valued at $150, two credit cards and an Alabama temporary driver’s license.

-Theft of property from the 3500 block of Pelham Parkway (specialty store). Stolen were retail items valued at $100.

-Assault from the railroad tracks behind 3500 Pelham Parkway (other, unknown).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the parking lot of Waffle House, State Park Road. Confiscated, seized were two clear plastic Baggies with suspected marijuana valued at $10, a pack of JOB 1.5 rolling papers and a large pipe fashioned to smoke marijuana valued at $25.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 172 Wild Timber Parkway. Stolen were a Digimerg four-channel DVR valued at $350, five CNB weatherproof cameras valued at $450 and a Clover weatherproof camera valued at $450.

-Death investigation (hospice) from the 500 block of Canyon Park Drive. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Driving under the influence of a controlled substance/driving while suspended from McCain Parkway at County Road 52 (highway, street). Recovered were a pill bottle containing 20 suspected Alprozalam pills valued at $400, a pill bottle containing 55 suspected Lortab pills valued at $550, a pill bottle containing 23 suspected Alprozalam pills valued at $230, a sealed pill bottle containing 100 Oxycodone pills valued at $3,000 and a sealed pill bottle containing Oxycodone pills valued at $900.

-Property damage-vehicle from the parking lot of Keystone Plaza. Damaged was a 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser in the amount of $400.

-Public intoxication/theft of property from 2005 Valleydale Road (parking lot, garage). Stolen and recovered were two Natural Light 12-packs (cans).

-Burglary from the 1800 block of Stoneykirk Road. Damaged in the amount of $300 was a garage door. Stolen wee an LG LCT 60-inch television valued at $2,000, a Sanyo LCD 50-inch television valued at $800, a PlayStation 3 valued at $250, a game valued at $55, two PlayStation controllers valued at $100 a pair of standard weights (set) 35-pounds.

-Theft of property from Pelham Chevron, 1400 County Road 52 East (convenience store). Stolen were a 20-ounce Mountain Dew l at $1 and a carton of Marlboro cigarettes valued at $49.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Wild Timber Parkway. Stolen were an Apple iPod valued at $75, a Gucci leather briefcase valued at $200, a Regions Bank checkbook and an America’s First Credit Union checkbook.

-Theft of property from Old Montgomery Highway (highway, street). Stolen were a license plate decal value at $60,

-Theft of property from 3550 Pelham Parkway (Big Lots) (commercial). Stolen and recovered were socks valued at $18.

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Green Park South. Damaged were a bedroom window by a rock and a Ford Mustang (scratched).

Nov. 12

-Property damage-vehicle from Interstate 65 at Cahaba Valley Road (highway, street). Damaged in the amount of $800 was a 2002 Chevrolet Ava.

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from 2228 Pelham Parkway (bank). Forged, counterfeited was a Regions check valued at $475.

-Burglary from the 300 block of County Road 361. Stolen were a Nintendo Wii valued at $200, an Emerson 42-inch plasma television valued at $470, a Wii controller valued at $20, Wii game valued at $40, coin jar valued at $2, $30 in U.S. currency and a Fossil watch valued at $75.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Interstate 65 and Cahaba Valley Road (highway, street. Damaged was a 2007 Honda Civic in the amount of $1,500.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Creekview Drive. Stolen were a custom built computer valued at $1,000, a Sony PlayStation 3 valued at $400, a Stony tape/CD player valued at $100 and a metal electric heater valued at $50.

-Theft of property from 360 Cahaba Valley Road (restaurant). Stolen was a Legacy Credit Union debit/credit card.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Crosscreek Trail at the CVS lot behind CVS. Confiscated, seized was a small plastic bag of suspected marijuana with tobacco (about 4 grams) valued at $5.

-Theft of property/recovered property from 2181 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were items valued at $75.

Nov. 13

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Pelham Parkway southbound at Jet Pep (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were two plastic bags containing two straws, two hypodermic needles and a can bottom all with contain residue of possible Heroin.

-Theft of property from Wal-Mart (department store). Stolen and recovered were items valued at $58.

-Theft of property from Wal-Mart (department store). Stolen and recovered was a PlayStation “Move bundle” valued at $107.

-Death investigation (hospice) from the 200 block of County Road 361. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Disorderly conduct from the 1900 block of Chandaway Drive.

Nov. 15

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 200 block of Forest Trail. Stolen were a Benelli M4 12-gauge shotgun with Sure-fire flashlight and Sure-fire rail valued at $2,329, a Mega AR 15 with 16-inch barrel and Eotech holographic sight valued at $1,675 and a Tach Force 42-inch rifle case valued at $82,

-Property damage-vehicle from the 500 block of Canyon Park Drive (highway, street). Damaged was a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix in the amount of $1,000.

-Death investigation (hospice) from the 500 block of Overhill Drive. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.

-Harassing communications from the 2000 block of Valleydale Road (bank).

-Theft of property from the 1900 block of Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen were Little Debbie items valued at $207.
