As a part of their science investigations unit, Mrs. Strout’s second grade class explored different kinds of liquids. The students were asked to identify properties of matter. As an extension of the activity the students played “Liquid Go Fish” and memory games to help learn vocabulary words and identify properties. Mrs. Strout’s students were actively engaged in learning about liquids.
