The Spain Park High School softball team fell to Mountain Brook 4-1 in the Alabama High School Athletic Association Class 6A, Area 12 tournament May 5.

Casey Craig, April Scott, Caroline Holmes, Mary Kathryn Bonamy and Amanda Ballew led the Jaguars with a single each.

Dekayla Sankey drove in the lone run for the Jaguars.

Haleigh Sisson took the loss in the circle after pitching two innings. Bonamy finished with two strikeouts in 3 2/3 innings.
