The Vincent High School softball team defeated Victory Christian 20-9 in an Alabama High School Athletic Association Class 2A, Area 10 contest April 23.

Tori Cato led the Yellow Jackets offensively as she finished 4-for-5 at the plate, hitting for the cycle.

Cato drove in five runs in the victory.

Courtney Holston earned the win in the circle after giving up nine runs, including four earned runs, on nine hits with one strikeout and six walks in a five-inning complete-game victory.
