University of Montevallo men’s and women’s golf coach Justin Pratt announced the date of the Falcons’ Third Annual Montevallo Golf Fundraiser Event.

The University of Montevallo and the men’s and women’s golf programs invite all former golfers, families, friends and boosters to attend the event. The tournament and dinner will take place Friday, April 20 at Timberline Golf Club.

“This should be a great event and we look forward to making this a long standing tradition,” Pratt said. “As well as a the fellowship with friends and teammates this event will also be a fundraiser for the golf programs as we look to build on the past successes of the programs and continue to improve the student-athlete experience.”

Entry to the event, which includes a round of golf and a dinner is $75 per golfer. There will also be prizes given away throughout the day. Businesses or individuals interested in helping out with the event can donate $100 to sponsor a hole. Sponsorship also includes a sign placed on an individual hole, which every golfer at the event will see.

The event will begin at 8 a.m. with a shotgun start. Anyone interested in donating or attending the event should contact Pratt at jpratt3@montevallo.edu.
