The Shelby County High School softball team defeated McAdory 15-3 in the Montevallo tournament championship game April 14.

Brittany Lansford led the Wildcats at the plate as she finished 4-for-4 with a triple.

Kaitlyn Paschall finished 3-for-4 with a triple and two doubles. Courtney Shields, Brianna Buie, Victoria Adams and Jessica Carden scored two runs each.

Paschall earned the win in the circle as she helped the Wildcats improve to 22-4 on the season.

Paschall finished with a 5-1 record in the tournament after also helping the Wildcats defeat Maplesville, Marbury, Jemison and Calera.
