The Pelham High School softball team defeated American Christian 4-2 in high school softball action April 14.

Becky Fox led the Panthers offensively as she finished 1-for-3 at the plate. Fox drove in one run and scored one run in the victory.

Kristian Foster finished 1-for-3 at the plate with a double and drove in one run. Caitlyn Sapp finished 1-for-4 at the plate. Erin Whitman went 1-for-3 at the plate and scored one run. Reagan Curtis finished 1-for-1 at the plate. Emily Spain went 1-for-3 at the plate and drove in one run. Mary Morgan Dramer and Racheal Tubb scored one run each in the win.

Spain earned the win after giving up one earned run on five hits with four strikeouts in four innings.

Fox earned the save after giving up one unearned run on two hits in three innings in relief.
