-Burglary/theft of property from the 500 block of Treymoor Lake Circle. Stolen were a Stihl chainsaw valued at $500, hedge clippers valued at $70 and two extension cords valued at $30.
-Found dog from Sixth Avenue Northwest (government, public building). Recovered was a Labrador retriever.
-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Jasmine Drive (highway, street). Damage was a water drain in the amount of $50.
-Theft of property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were a Trionz necklace valued at $29.95 and two pair of Nike shorts valued at $56.
-Theft of property from the parking lot of The Spot. Stolen were $60 in cash and cards including an Armed Forces bank card, Regions card, military ID and ID card valued at $1 each.

-Criminal possession of forged instrument/unlawful possession or receipt of controlled substance from the 9000 block of State Highway 119 (drug store). Forged counterfeited was an item involving 150 Oxycodone HCL 30-milligrams.

-Public intoxication from the parking of Kangaroo. Confiscated, seized was a glass pipe with residue valued at $10.

-Burglary/theft of property from the 1000 block of Green Dale Drive. Stolen were a stove, dish washer and microwave valued at $1,300 total.
-Warrant arrest from Helena City Jail, 816 Highway 52 East (jail, prison).

-Driving under the influence combined substance/possession drug paraphernalia from the 1900 block of Omaha Drive.
-Possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia from Dearing Downs Drive/Highway 52 East (highway, street). Recovered were 0.1 grams marijuana valued at $1, a pinch hitter valued at $5 and a package of JOB rolling papers valued at $1.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Whirlaway Circle (highway, street). Recovered were 36 clear plastic bags containing powder cocaine residue valued at $5, five plastic straws with residue valued at $1 and .4 grams of Carisoprodol valued at $5.
-Domestic violence from the 100 block of Cedar Bend Drive. Confiscated, seized were a Ruger P89 9 mm handgun valued at $400, a 9 mm clip/seven rounds 9 mm ammo valued at $30 and a holster valued at $30.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Sterling Estates Drive, Bessemer. Stolen were Whirlpool items including an electric stove, dishwasher and microwave valued at $1,300 total.
-Recovered counterfeit currency from the Helena Police Department, 816 Highway 52 East (government, public building). Recovered was a counterfeit $50 denomination of U.S. currency.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 13 at Highway 52 West (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were a bag of marijuana 4.6 grams valued at $30, a bag of marijuana 3.4 grams valued at $20, a 20-ounce Pepsi bottle fabricated to smoke marijuana valued at $1, rolling papers valued at $1, a glass marijuana pipe containing marijuana residue valued at $20 and a plastic roach clip valued at 10 cents.

Sept. 28
-Animal bite from 4041 Highway 11.
-Driving under the influence of any substance which impairs from Cahaba Valley Road (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a biological specimen (urine sample).
-Driving under the influence of alcohol from Pelham Parkway at Canyon Park Drive (highway, street).
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance/unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 3300 block of Pelham Parkway (service, gas station). Confiscated, seized were 28 white rectangular pills with GG249 on them valued at $280, five teal round pills with OP and 80 on them valued at $400, an off white rock substance believed to be crack cocaine valued at $100, a small plastic Baggie of marijuana valued at $25, a partially burned marijuana cigarette valued at $5 and a burned glass pipe.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance/driving under the influence from Cahaba Valley Road/Interstate 65 (highway, street). Recovered was an unidentified blue pill broken in half with WA54 and a blue pill with imprints GG258 identified as Alprazolam valued at $10.
