The Briarwood Christian School softball team defeated Walker 7-0 in high school softball action March 15.

Morgan Reed led the Lions at the plate as she finished 2-for-3 with a triple and scored two runs. Reed also earned the win in the circle after striking out 15 batters in a complete-game no-hitter.

Rachel Walz, who drove in two runs and scored two runs, went 2-for-3 at the plate. Madison Chambers finished 2-for-4 and drove in two runs.

Savannah Kolb, who drove in one run and scored one run, finished 1-for-3 at the plate. Ashlyn Boyd went 1-for-3 at the plate and scored two runs in the victory.
