The Spain Park High School girls’ tennis team fell to Mountain Brook 9-0 in high school tennis action March 8.

Olivia Cissell of Spain Park fell to Sarah Bowron of Mountain Brook 10-2 in the No. 1 singles’ match. Lauren Schroeder of Spain Park fell to Carlee Petro of Mountain Brook 10-0 in the No. 2 singles’ match.

Lulu Zhang of Spain Park fell to Lauren Cohen of Mountain Brook 10-3 in the No. 3 singles’ match. Madison Luther of Spain Park fell to Sara Cohen of Mountain Brook 10-4 in the No. 4 singles’ match.

Tierney Sovic of Spain Park fell to Farris Ann Luce of Mountain Brook 10-2 in the No. 5 singles’ match. Kensley Yarbrough of Spain Park fell to Mary Martha Grizzle of Mountain Brook 10-0 in the No. 6 singles’ match.

Cissell and Schroeder fell to Bowron and Petro 10-3 in the No. 1 doubles’ match. Luther and Sovic fell to Cohen and Luce 10-5 in the No. 2 doubles’ match.

Zhang and Yarbrough fell to Cohen and Grizzle 10-6 in the No. 3 doubles’ match.
